Our journey began in 2012 with a vision to create a haven for children’s entertainment. Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Soft Play in Pinner quickly became a beloved family destination. In 2019, we expanded with the Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Experience in Pinner, introducing new activities for all ages.
By 2024, we reached new heights by opening an indoor golf attraction in Kaunas, Lithuania, and Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Soft Play in Shepherd’s Bush. Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we recommend booking online to secure your preferred slot. Simply choose your desired location, click on the ‘BOOK NOW’ button to see available slots and confirm your visit. We can accept ‘walk-in’ admissions only if the session is available and the capacity allows.
Please note that all online bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
We only accept card payments, excluding American Express.
There is no need to print the booking confirmation, the QR code can be scanned digitally.
Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Soft Play is suitable for children aged 0-10 years old, and Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Experience is designed for children 3-10 years old.
Our Pinner venue offers an onsite car park with limited space, free of charge.
Our Shepherd’s Bush venue is situated in the W12 Shopping Centre, which provides an all-
day open multistorey car park. The parking rates are as follows:
- Up to 1 hour: £3.00
- Up to 2 hours: £5.00
- Up to 3 hours: £7.00
- Up to 4 hours: £9.00
- Up to 5 hours: £12.00
- Up to 6 hours: £15.00
- Up to 10 hours: £20.00
- Up to 24 hours: £25.00
We recommend using public transport for both our locations.
We kindly remind you that outside food and drinks are not allowed onto our premises.
Exceptions are made for baby food and birthday cakes for booked parties only.
Party bookings must be made in person at our venues. Please note that we do not offer
online or telephone bookings at this time.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased from our reception desks. To redeem the vouchers, simply
follow the booking process online.
